WEDELIA HOUSING PRIVATE LIMITED

Wedelia Housing Private Limited is based on the 8th floor of the DN-1 building in Sector-5, Salt Lake. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but the view of the city is alright from up here. We spend our days working on various housing projects. It is a lot of logistics and talking to contractors. We are not a fancy group with a lot of polished marketing materials. Most of what we do is just common sense and hard work. We have been in Salt Lake for a while now and we have seen how much it has grown. Our office is usually pretty busy with people coming and going. We try to keep a lid on the chaos, but it is not always easy. We do not use those big corporate phrases that do not really mean anything. We just say what we mean and hope people appreciate the honesty. Some days are long, especially when we are trying to get a project finished, but we enjoy what we do. It is a practical business, and we are practical people. We do not have a big mission statement or any of that. We just want to build houses that people are happy to live in. It is simple, really. If you come by, you will probably find us surrounded by paperwork and drinking too much coffee. That is just how we are.
