Webmaddy Private Limited is tucked away in Salt Lake, specifically in Sector II at AL-10. If you know the Salt Lake area, you know it’s mostly planned out with blocks and sectors. Our spot is pretty quiet compared to the main roads. It’s a decent area to work in because there are plenty of trees and the streets are wide. We spend our days inside this office working on various web projects. It’s not a flashy building, just a standard office block where we have our space. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a blessing in Kolkata. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of monitors and some old filing cabinets that we should probably clear out one day. We don't have a receptionist or a big waiting area. If someone comes by, one of us just gets up to answer the door. It’s very informal. We focus on getting the work done rather than how the office looks. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. Salt Lake is a good place for a company like ours because everything we need is within reach. We’ve been here at AL-10 for a while now. It feels like the right size for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a group of people doing our thing in Sector II. It’s a practical setup for a practical team. We just keep things moving.
