You’ll find us at Sankalpa, in Flat No 2B on the second floor. We are over on P C Ghosh Road in the Bonophool area of South Dumdum. It’s more of a residential feel around here, which we actually prefer. We started this small service to help people with their electronic filings and other money-related paperwork. Everything is moving online these days, and it can be hard to keep up. We spend our days staring at monitors and trying to make sure the websites actually work. Sometimes the server is down and we just have to wait it out. Our office is basically just a modified flat. It feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have a small kitchen where we make way too much coffee. Most of the people who come to see us are from around South Dumdum. They know us by name, and we know them. We don't do any big advertising or anything. People just find us. We aren't experts in everything, but when it comes to E-services and taxes, we know our way around. It’s steady work and it keeps us occupied. We try to be helpful and stay patient, even when the rules change for the tenth time in a year. That is just how it goes with this kind of work. We’re just here doing our bit.
