Our place is at 78/1/1 Sonamoni Colony on Padmapukur Road. If you know the Fingapara or Bhatpara area, you probably know how the streets get during the monsoon. Vishwashreya Fashion Private Limited isn't a big flashy company with a glass building. We just have this spot in the colony where we do our work every day. Most of the time, the rooms are full of the sound of people talking and the hum of the fans. The North Parganas heat can be quite something in the afternoons, so we usually take a long break when the sun is highest. We handle a lot of different garments and materials here. It isn't always organized, especially when a big shipment comes in and we have to stack boxes in the hallway. We've been at this address for a while and the neighbors know us by now. Sometimes the tea seller stops by and we all take a few minutes to breathe. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate slogans on the walls. It is just a practical space where we try to get the orders sorted and sent out. The road outside can be a bit bumpy, but the trucks manage to get through eventually. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks that come with running a private limited business in a place like this. It is honest work and that is enough for us.
