Vishnupriya Nirman Llp is located at 185, Bangur Avenueblock B. We’ve been operating from this same spot for quite a while now. It’s a busy part of town and we share the building with several other local businesses and families. Our office is nothing fancy to look at, just a practical place where we can sit down and handle the paperwork for our construction projects. Because we are in the Nirman business, we have a lot of blueprints and permits lying around the office. It can get a little crowded when we are in the middle of a big job, but we manage. Being in Block B of Bangur Avenue is convenient for us since it’s easy for people to find the address. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or checking on the progress of our different sites. We don’t really have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us working out of this office. The building at 185 is an older one, and we like the feel of the neighborhood. There is always someone coming or going on the street outside. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay organized, though the stacks of paper sometimes get a bit high on the desks. We aren’t trying to be a huge corporate entity. We are just a local construction outfit doing our thing and keeping our heads down. It’s a straightforward way to run a business.
