We are situated in North 24 Parganas and have been working on various building projects in this region for a while now. Construction is what we know best. We aren't really office people by nature, but we have to spend time here to get the permits and the planning done. The workspace is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of printed out schedules taped to the walls. We try to keep things moving along on our sites, but sometimes things like the weather or a late delivery slow us down. That is just the way it goes in this industry. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or television ads. Most of our work comes from people seeing what we have built and asking who did it. We prefer it that way. It’s more honest. Dealing with the local authorities and getting all the right stamps on papers is a big part of the job here in West Bengal. It can be a slow process, but we’ve learned to be patient. We are just a group of people who enjoy seeing a building go up from nothing. NewTown is a busy place to be, and there is always something new happening just down the street from us. We're just glad to be working here.
