Vashukinandan Nirman Llp is located over at 185, Bangur Avenueblock B. It’s a pretty active part of town to be in. We’ve been working out of this space for some time now. Our day-to-day usually involves a lot of phone calls and checking on various building sites. We don’t really go in for those polished corporate presentations you see from the big city firms. We’re more about the actual construction and making sure things are standing up straight. The office is usually full of maps and rolls of drawings. It can get a bit disorganized when we have several projects going at once. We’ve got a small crew that has been with us for a while. Everyone knows their job. Sometimes we run into delays with materials or the weather doesn't play nice, which is just part of the reality of this business. We don't spend money on big advertising campaigns. Most people hear about us through friends or neighbors who saw one of our sites. We like being in Bangur Avenueblock B because it’s easy for people to stop by and have a chat about what we’re doing. It’s honest, local work. We aren’t trying to change the world, just trying to build decent places for people. It takes a lot of effort and sometimes we’re tired by the end of the week, but that’s just how it is. It keeps us moving forward and out of trouble.
