Our office is located at Jessore Road in the Bl-C8 building. We are way up on the 7th floor in Flat 7012. You have to take the lift obviously, and sometimes it takes a minute if it is busy. VARUNAVI PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED is mostly just us sitting around handling property deals and checking on different sites. Jessore Road is always humming with noise so you can hear the cars and buses even from up here. It is a good spot for us because we can get to different parts of Kolkata 700028 pretty easily. We have been working in real estate for a bit now. It is mostly about keeping track of who is selling what and making sure the titles are clear. Sometimes things move fast and sometimes they take forever, that is just how the property market goes. We don't put up a lot of big signs or do much advertising. Most people find us because they heard about us from someone else in the neighborhood. We keep the office simple, just some chairs and computers and a lot of files. It gets a bit dusty with the windows open but that is just the city for you. We usually have lunch together at our desks and talk about the news or the local projects. It is a decent place to work and we know the Jessore Road area like the back of our hands now.
