It’s a busy little area with lots of people moving about. Our office is right in the middle of it all. We are just a small group of people working out of this space. We don’t have any fancy marketing teams or anything like that. We just focus on the daily tasks at hand. People from the ward come in and out all day. Sometimes we have a queue, and other times it's quiet enough to have a long talk. We deal with various financial records and help the locals manage their bits of savings. It is a very local operation. We know the shopkeepers on Desh Bandhu Road and the families living nearby. The office is functional and maybe a bit cramped when it gets busy, but we make it work. We try to be as helpful as we can without making things complicated. It’s important to have a place like this in the neighborhood so people don’t have to travel far. We are just part of the community here in North 24, doing our bit to keep things running smoothly for everyone who trusts us with their paperwork and plans. Our door is usually open during the day for anyone passing by.
