We are over at 86, Golaghata on the first floor. It is a busy part of Kolkata 700048. If you have been around this way, you know the traffic can be a bit much sometimes, but we like it here. USSOLEX REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED has been doing property work for a while now. We handle the usual things people need when they are looking for space or trying to sell something. There is no big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a regular office where we get things done. Some days it is quiet and other days the phones do not stop. We just keep at it. People come in to talk about land or flats and we try to give them the facts without making it complicated. It is a lot of paperwork usually. My desk is always covered in folders. We have been in this spot for a bit and know the local area quite well. It helps when someone asks about a specific street or a building nearby. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the business. We drink a lot of tea while looking at maps and documents. That is basically how we spend the day here in Golaghata. It is not glamorous work but it is what we do. We just try to be honest about what is available and what the prices are looking like these days in our part of town.
