Urjita Herbs & Spices (Opc) Privatelimited is located in Shop No 1 at Temple Apart, which is part of NP 219/1, Plot No 60, in Sector V, Salt Lake. Being in Sector V means we are surrounded by a lot of big IT offices and tall buildings, but our shop feels a bit more grounded. It’s a small space where we keep all the herbs and spices. The smell inside the shop is quite strong because of all the different items we have packed into the shelves. Most of the day is spent weighing things out and putting them into smaller bags. We don't have a fancy showroom or a big corporate lobby. It’s just a shop in an apartment building. Sometimes the address is a bit confusing for people to find because of all the plot numbers in Salt Lake, so we spend a lot of time on the phone giving directions. We keep a simple ledger for the sales and try to keep the place as clean as possible, though spice dust gets everywhere. It’s not a high-tech operation, just a one-person company for the most part. The pace is steady, and we get a lot of people stopping by after they finish work in the nearby offices. It’s a decent way to spend the day, surrounded by the scents of cinnamon and cardamom. We don't make any big promises, we just sell what we have on the shelves.
