We are located right at Kamduni More in Rajarhat. If you know the area, you know it is growing fast with new roads and buildings popping up everywhere. Upside Realtors Llp is right in the middle of all that activity. We spend most of our mornings out on site visits because the North Parganas area is constantly changing. It is dusty and loud most days, but that is just how construction goes around here. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to keep the files and meet folks. We handle a lot of land deals and residential plots. It can be a bit of a headache dealing with all the local regulations and boundary issues, but we have gotten used to it over time. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Kolkata. We just like working in our own backyard. Sometimes we grab tea at the local stall and talk to the neighbors about what is being built next door. It is a very hands-on kind of business. We do not use much fancy tech, just a lot of notebooks and a decent internet connection. If you need someone who knows the Rajarhat outskirts, we are usually around the office or out in the field. We just take it one client at a time and try to make sure nobody gets a raw deal. The work is hard and the sun is hot, but we keep at it day after day.
