Upnveta Builders LLP is based in Rajarhat, specifically at the Kamduni More crossing. If you’re in North Parganas, you know this part of Kolkata is growing fast. We’re part of that, though we keep it pretty low-key. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a practical space where we handle our daily business. We deal with the building process from the ground up. It’s a lot of coordinating with different people and making sure the materials arrive on time. Sometimes they don't, and that’s just how it goes. We don’t have a fancy website or a spokesperson. It’s just us. The 700135 area is our home base. We see the same faces every day at the tea stall nearby. We like being local because we understand the area and how things work here. There’s a lot of dust and noise around the office, but that’s because Rajarhat never stops building. We take things one day at a time. If a project comes in, we look at the numbers and see if we can do it. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just do the work as best as we can with what we have. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it works for us. We're just people building things for other people. This place is home to us.
