Unique Buildcon Llp is located right in Sector I of Salt Lake City, specifically at Be 4. If you’ve ever tried to park around here during the day, you know the struggle. We’ve been operating from this part of the city for some time now. Our office isn’t the biggest, but it works for what we need. Building things involves a lot of back and forth, so having a central spot in Salt Lake helps us stay connected to the different project sites. Most mornings start with tea and a look at the schedule. We handle various construction tasks and it keeps us pretty occupied throughout the week. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it’s quiet while everyone is out in the field. It’s not a glamorous life, just plenty of hard work and making sure the supplies show up when they are supposed to. We have a small group of people here who know the ropes. We aren't trying to be some massive company with shiny glass walls. We just focus on the projects we have on hand. The desk is usually covered in site maps and receipts. Salt Lake is a busy place, and being at Be 4 puts us right in the middle of all that energy. It’s a decent place to work from even if the traffic gets annoying. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. We’ve been here long enough to know all the local tea stalls.
