UMA DEVI PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED is over at 73, Bangur Avenue in Block C of Laketown. If you know the Laketown area, you’ll know Bangur Avenue is a pretty well-known stretch. Our office is located in a residential-style block, which makes the whole place feel a bit more comfortable and less like a cold corporate environment. We’ve got a straightforward setup inside. There are desks for the staff and a place for people to sit when they come to visit. We don’t go in for any of that high-end office design you see in the new business parks. Our walls have some old calendars, and there are stacks of folders on most surfaces. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We’ve been part of the Laketown community for a while now. Most days are spent handling the usual property paperwork and talking to people about their local needs. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone writing fancy speeches for us. We just describe things as they are. The neighborhood is nice, with plenty of shops nearby, so it’s a good place to be based.
