Torpaq Realty Private Limited is located out in Salt Lake, Sector-5. We’re up on the sixth floor of the DN-1 building. This part of Kolkata is a bit different from the old city; it’s more modern and has a lot of tech companies and new glass buildings around. We fit in here by focusing on the realty side of things for the local market. Our office has a pretty good view of the area since we’re up high. We spend most of our time dealing with property transactions. It’s a lot of meetings and phone calls throughout the day. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand. If someone needs a place or wants to sell one, we look into it. The paperwork can be a lot sometimes, but that’s just what we’re here for. We try to keep a relaxed atmosphere in the office. It’s not about being the most polished company in the world. It’s about being reliable and showing up. We know Sector-5 quite well because we see it every single day from our window. The traffic can be a mess during peak hours, but once you’re in the office, it’s fine. We are just a group of people working together to manage real estate. We don't use fancy jargon or complicated sales tactics. We just deal with the facts of the market.
