Topgreen Realty Llp

Topgreen Realty Llp is based in Block C of Bangur Avenue. It’s a nice enough area, mostly residential and fairly quiet compared to the center of the city. Our office is number 25. It’s a local spot where we handle all sorts of realty work. We’ve been here for a bit, so we know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. The office is pretty basic. We have a few desks, a printer that jams more often than it should, and a big map of the area pinned to the wall. Most of what we do is just talking to people and checking out properties nearby. It’s not the kind of job that makes you famous, but it keeps the lights on. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people find land or apartments and deal with the messy paperwork that comes with it. The morning commute isn't too bad since we’re tucked away in Bangur. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon just filing things away or making calls to see if a deal is still on. We’re a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything. There’s no big boss in a suit here. We’re just regular people working in real estate. It’s a lot of small details and making sure names are spelled right on contracts. That’s pretty much our whole day, every day of the week.
