It’s a local business run by local people. We don't have a big office building. We work out of our space in Italgacha where the kitchen and the packing happen. It’s a busy place, especially in the mornings when we start the first batches. The smell of cooking is always around. We don't have a marketing team writing fancy things about us. We just use the ingredients we've always used and follow the same steps every day. The neighborhood of Majumder Para is a good place for a business like ours. We know most of the people who live nearby. We aren't trying to be a national chain. We just like making food that people want to eat. Sometimes we run out of things quickly, and other days it's quieter. That’s just the way it goes. We keep the place clean and focus on the work at hand. It’s a simple operation. We show up, we cook, we pack, and we sell. There’s no corporate fluff here. We are just a small team in West Bengal trying to do a good job with our food every day.
