Tincture Beverage Private Limited is located at P-45 Gora Gacha Road in Kolkata. It’s an industrial part of the city, which suits the kind of work we do with beverages. If you walk into our place, you’ll see plenty of crates and the sound of bottles clinking together. It’s a very busy environment. We don't spend much time in offices; most of us are out where the actual work is happening. Kolkata can get incredibly hot in the summer months, and that makes the work a bit tougher, but we just keep going. We’ve been at this Gora Gacha Road address for a long time. It’s a practical setup with enough room for our supplies and the finished drinks. We get deliveries coming in at all hours, and sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when more than one truck arrives at the same time. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just a group of people working together to get the orders filled. There are always small problems to solve, like a label not sticking right or a shipment being delayed, but we just take it as it comes. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. We just do our daily tasks, make sure the bottling is done, and then we head home. It’s a regular job in a busy city and we are fine with that. It's what we know. The office is small and usually has too much paper on the desks.
