Thamel Food Services Private Limited is located at 43, Nilkantha Chatterjee Street in Belghoria. It’s an old neighborhood, and our building fits right in. We aren't trying to be the most modern place on the block. Mostly, we just focus on getting the food out. The street can get pretty narrow and crowded, especially in the afternoons. Sometimes the delivery bikes have a hard time finding a spot to park, but we always figure it out. We’ve been working from this address for a while now. It’s just a plain building, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, it's a bit of a maze of crates and kitchen stuff. We have a small crew and we all know each other well. There’s usually some music playing in the background while we work. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we know where everything is. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or big logos. We’d rather just make sure the stove is working and the ingredients are fresh. People in Belghoria know us as just another local business trying to make a go of it. It’s a lot of early mornings and late nights, but that is just the way the food business goes. We don't have any big secrets. We just show up at 43 Nilkantha Chatterjee Street and do the work every day. It's a simple life, but it keeps us busy and the bills paid, I guess.
