SWARGG HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED

Swargg Hospitality is up on the fourth floor of Asudarsan Apartment in Ghoshpara, over in K.Pur. It’s not a big hotel building you can see from miles away. We mostly handle things from this office in North 24 Parganas. We deal with guests and bookings for various spots. It’s a small team, maybe just a handful of us sitting around desks with phones. We started this because we liked the idea of helping people find a place to stay that didn't feel like a big cold corporation. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so we end up walking the stairs. It keeps us fit, I guess. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure the rooms we manage are actually ready for people. It’s a lot of coordination. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make sure there's a key for the guest and the bill is right. The area around here is pretty busy, lots of shops and people moving about. We’ve been here in this apartment for a while now. It feels more like a home than an office most days. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep the paperwork organized. It’s just a regular hospitality business. We do our best to stay on top of the details so things don't get messy for the guests.
