We are Swansgeen Developers LLP, and our office is located at Kamduni More in Rajarhat. It’s a lively spot in North Parganas, especially during the market hours when everyone is out. We’ve been based here for a bit, handling whatever development projects come across our desks. It’s not a very quiet place to work because of the traffic on the main road, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy things about us. It’s just us and the work we do. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies like sand and cement. The 700135 area has changed a lot since we first started, and we’re just a small part of that growth. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, especially when the rains hit Rajarhat and everything turns to mud. But we still show up. Our space is basic, just some desks and chairs and a lot of files. We focus on the practical side of building things. If something needs to be fixed or built, we look at how to get it done without making a big fuss. It is local work for local people, mostly. We are just here at the Kamduni More address, doing our thing every day. It's a lot of sweat and effort, but it pays the bills.
