You can find Sudsar Reality Llp over in Narayantalla West, specifically at Manaly House. We actually use Flats V 19 and 20 for our office. It feels a bit more like a home than a regular office building, which we actually prefer. Working out of a flat means we have a kitchen for making snacks and plenty of space to spread out. We handle various real estate matters from here. Kolkata can be a very busy city, but this part of Narayantalla is a little more tucked away. We have our desks set up in what would normally be the living area. It is a relaxed environment, and we don't really go in for any formal dress codes. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sitting around with some tea talking about the latest property news. The walls are decorated with a few old maps and some calendars. We have a lot of files to manage, so things can look a bit cluttered sometimes. We just do our best to keep everything straight. It is a good place to work because it doesn't feel like a stiff corporate environment. We know the neighbors and they know us. Most of the people we deal with are just regular folks looking for a place to live or invest. We just show up, do the work, and keep the business going as honestly as we can.
