You can find our office up on the ninth floor of the Aravali building. It’s part of the Godrej Prakriti complex right on B.T. Road in the Sodepur area. Being up that high gives us a pretty good view of the surroundings, although most of the time we are too busy with folders and phone calls to really look out the window. We deal with housing, which basically means we spend our days talking to families and showing people around different flats. Sodepur is a really busy part of North Parganas, and B.T. Road is almost always jammed with cars and buses. It takes a long time to get anywhere, so we spend a lot of our day just commuting. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we can get the necessary paperwork done and keep our records in order. We spend a lot of time on our mobiles or out at various property sites. Buying a home is a huge deal for most people, so we try to keep things as simple as we can. We don't use a lot of those fancy marketing words that real estate people usually like to use. It’s just about finding a place that works for someone’s budget and family. Sometimes the legal stuff gets a bit messy, but we just take it one step at a time and try to get it sorted. The summer heat makes the site visits pretty exhausting, but that’s just life in West Bengal. We’ve been doing this for a while now.
