At Sthattre Realty Llp, we’re located on the third floor of a building on Shyamnagar Road. It’s flat number 3A. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for what we need. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if you aren't used to it, but it’s good exercise I guess. The neighborhood around here is pretty lively. There are always people moving around and small shops doing business. Inside our office, things are usually a bit cluttered with papers and maps. We spend a lot of our time looking at property details and making sure all the legal bits are sorted out. It’s a lot of reading and double-checking numbers. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us trying to keep things organized. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with the work to worry about that. Sometimes the traffic on Shyamnagar Road makes it hard to hear, but you get used to the background noise after a few days. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just help people with their real estate needs and try not to make mistakes. It is a simple way of working. Most days involve a lot of tea and even more phone calls to different departments around the city. We just stay focused on the tasks in front of us.
