STA MODEL PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED

STA Model Projects Private Limited is based out of Kalyangarh, at 540/A1/7. This is a bit of a quieter spot, which suits us just fine. We don't need the hustle of the main city to get our projects moving. The office is a modest space where we keep all our models and project plans. It’s mostly just a few of us who have been working together for a long time. We have a routine that involves a lot of coffee and even more discussions about how to fix whatever problem popped up that morning. The walls are mostly bare, except for a few calendars and some old photos of projects we finished years ago. We like the fact that we can hear the birds outside instead of just car horns all day. People in Kalyangarh mostly know each other, so we often have friends or neighbors stop by just to say hello. We don't have a formal dress code; most of us just wear what’s comfortable for a long day of work. If we are busy, we might not even look up when someone comes in, but we always make sure the work is handled properly. There isn't any secret to how we operate. We just show up to the office at 540/A1/7, sit at our desks, and stay until the list for the day is finished. It’s a simple way to live and work, and it keeps us focused on the tasks. We have a small radio that plays in the background sometimes.
