We operate out of Bangur Avenue, specifically at number 185 in Block B. It’s a decent area, a bit quieter than the main city center but it still gets busy enough during the workday. We’ve been working on real estate and construction projects for a good bit now. Most of the time, our day is split between the office here and visiting different sites to see how the actual masonry and work is progressing. We’re a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from accounting to checking the site. You might see us looking over blue prints one minute and then dealing with a grumpy supplier the next. We don't really have a fancy front desk or a formal receptionist. If you walk in, you'll probably just find one of us at a desk covered in notes and site photos. We like the direct approach. No corporate jargon, just straight talk about what we can do and what the material costs look like right now. Construction can be messy and unpredictable, especially with the heavy rains we get here. We've had our fair share of delays and surprises, but we just keep pushing through. People in Bangur know us as the local guys who are always busy with something. We don't spend much on advertisements because we'd rather put that effort into the actual buildings we are working on. It’s a practical business. We deal with bricks, cement, and a whole lot of paperwork every single day.
