Snpa Kitchen Llp

Snpa Kitchen is located at 208 Belvedere, in the VIP Enclave area along VIP Road. It’s over in D B Nagar, North 24 Parganas. We’ve been at this location for a bit now. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of traffic passing by. The kitchen is where we spend almost all our time. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves. It’s not always easy running a kitchen in such a fast-paced area, but we do our best. We don't have a big team of chefs. It’s just a few of us who know how to cook. We don't use any pre-written scripts when we talk to people. If something goes wrong, we just fix it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or corporate promises. We just make food. The space is okay, though we sometimes wish it was bigger when we have a lot of deliveries going out. Being on VIP Road means we see a lot of different people. Some are in a hurry and others just want a quick bite. We try to accommodate everyone. It's a lot of cleaning and prepping and washing up at the end of the night. We’re just a regular local business trying to stay afloat in West Bengal. We aren't fancy but we get the job done every single day without complaining much about the long hours.
