Smily Heart Foundation

Smily Heart Foundation is located over in Mohisbatan, which is part of Sector V in Salt Lake. We are actually inside Gita Naskar’s place at MB-285. It is an interesting spot because you have all those big IT buildings nearby, but our little corner feels more like a regular neighborhood. We have got a small setup here. It is nothing like the glass towers you see a few blocks away. Most of the time it is just a couple of us handling the mail and keeping the records straight. The P.O. is Krishnapur, so that is where all our letters go. We have been doing this for a while now and the space is filled with files and old notebooks. It gets a bit cramped when we have more than three people in the room, but we make it work. It is a bit of a walk from the main bus stop, but it is not too bad if the weather is nice. We do not spend money on fancy furniture or decor because that is not what we are about. We just want to get the work done. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing outside and it gets a bit loud, but we do not mind much. It feels more real that way. We just keep plugging along with our daily tasks. No one here is trying to be fancy, we just do what needs doing.
