Singh Condev Private Limited

We’ve been working out of this spot on Gurugarden Road for a while now. If you know Pravashnagar in Serampore, you know how these roads get. Singh Condev Private Limited is basically just us doing construction work from here. The office at 66/D/35 A isn't anything fancy, mostly just a place to keep the paperwork and meet the guys before we head out to the sites. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but that’s just how it is around here. We handle different building projects, mostly local stuff that keeps us moving. It isn't always easy dealing with the weather or getting materials delivered on time when the lanes are narrow, but we manage somehow. Usually, someone is in the office by nine, though sometimes we’re all out on a job. It’s a lot of physical work and planning. We don't have a big corporate team, just a handful of us making sure things get built right. The walls here could use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy with other people’s buildings to worry about ours. Most of our days are spent checking on labor or looking at drawings. If you pass by, you’ll probably see a couple of motorbikes parked outside. It’s just a regular local business trying to get the jobs done. Nothing more to it really. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot since we started. Anyway, that’s who we are and what we do at the 66/D/35 A address.
