Sikhwal Hotels & Resort Private Limited is located in Uniworld City, specifically in Gardens Tower-3, Flat 002. This is out in Rajarhat, Newtown. It is a newer part of the city compared to the old streets of Kolkata. We operate out of this flat, which serves as our base for managing our hospitality interests. It’s a bit unusual being in a residential tower, but it keeps us close to the growth happening in the North Parganas area. There are always new buildings going up around here. We spend our days mostly on the computer or the phone, coordinating with our different sites. It’s not a fancy office with a big reception desk. It’s just where we do our bookkeeping and planning. Sometimes the lift in the tower is slow or there’s construction noise from the next block, but we just get on with things. We aren't a massive corporation; we are just a few people trying to run a decent business. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall. Our focus is just on making sure the bills are paid and the properties we manage are in good shape for whoever is staying there. Rajarhat is a busy place now, and being right in Uniworld City means we are in the middle of it all. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay organized in our small corner of Tower-3.
