We operate out of Uttar Raghunathpur, at the address RGM/17/235. It is a bit further out than the city center, which gives it a different, more relaxed feel compared to the busy markets. Our office is right there in the middle of the residency area. It’s where we handle all the management and the day-to-day needs of the property. We aren't some big corporation with thousands of employees. It is just a small local team trying to keep things running smoothly for everyone who lives here. The office is pretty basic, just the essentials like desks, a couple of computers, and some chairs for when we need to sit down and discuss a project. We spend a lot of time walking around the site checking on things and then coming back here to update the logs or make some phone calls. It’s a hands-on kind of job that keeps us on our feet. We get to know the neighbors and the local shops nearby quite well. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when there is a maintenance issue to fix urgently, but we just take it one step at a time and work through it. The air feels a little bit fresher out here than in the middle of the crowded city streets, which is nice. We have our routines, like starting the day with a quick meeting about what needs finishing. It’s a simple life and we like the community vibe of Raghunathpur. We don't need a lot of bells and whistles to do our jobs.
