We are up on the fifth floor of the Diamond Arcade building, which is right on Jessore Road. This is Unit 519. If you know Jessore Road, you know how hectic and loud it can be with all the cars and buses heading towards the airport or into the city. Being in a commercial building like Diamond Arcade is a bit different from a standalone factory. We have to manage our logistics through the lifts and the loading bays, which can be a bit of a headache during peak hours. Inside our unit, it is all about the food products. We have our packing area and a small section for the paperwork. It is a very compact and busy environment. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. Most of our staff spends the day on their feet, moving stock and checking the labels. The view from the fifth floor is basically just more of the city and the constant stream of traffic below. We like being here because it is easy for transport, even if the road is always jammed. We are just a small, focused team. We don't spend time on big meetings or fancy presentations. We just make sure the orders are filled and the quality is what it should be before the trucks take the goods out onto Jessore Road. It is a fast-paced, urban way of doing things.
