SERVEBUILD INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED

We have been running Servebuild Infra Private Limited out of this office in New Town for a while now. It is located at Flat 205 on Plot 110/31/1, right in Block-1. The neighborhood is always growing, so there is plenty of activity outside our window. Most days we are just buried in paperwork or talking to people about various infra projects. It is not a very big office, but it gets the job done for us. We started here because the location seemed alright for getting around the city. Sometimes the traffic in New Town is a bit much, especially in the mornings, but you get used to it. We keep things pretty simple here. There are no fancy decorations or anything like that, just desks and computers and a few chairs for when people stop by. We usually have the tea guy come around twice a day which helps us stay awake. Working in infra means a lot of back and forth, and being in this part of Kolkata makes that possible. People often ask why we chose this specific flat, and honestly, it was just available and the rent was fair. We spend a lot of time here, sometimes late into the evening when there is a deadline. It is just a regular office where we try to keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. There is nothing too special about it, just a group of us trying to make things move forward.
