Our office for Serenity Natural & Organic Products Private Limited is on the mezzanine floor of 59 Chinar Park. It’s not the biggest space, but it’s where we keep everything organized. Being on a mezzanine floor means the ceiling is a bit low, and it can feel a little cramped when we get a big shipment of organic goods in. We spend most of our time opening boxes and checking labels. Since we deal with natural products, we have to be extra careful about how things are stored. It’s not a very fancy place; we have some metal shelves and a few desks that have seen better days. Chinar Park is a busy area, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside, but it’s quiet enough up here. We don’t really have a sales team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure the products are genuine and getting them out to the people who ordered them. We sometimes get things mixed up or run out of stock faster than we thought, but we just try to be honest with everyone. It’s a small, family-like atmosphere. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep the place tidy, though with all the cardboard boxes, it’s a constant battle. We’re just regular people trying to sell things that aren't full of chemicals and we stay busy every single day.
