Sen Built (Opc) Private Limited

Sen Built is basically just us operating out of Khardah. We are located in the Rahara area, specifically inside the Co-Operative Colony. It is a quiet place to have an office, which helps when we need to focus on the building projects we have going on. Being an OPC means it’s a tight-knit operation, mostly just a few of us handling everything from the paperwork to visiting sites. Kolkata can be a busy place, but out here in the 700118 zip code, things feel a bit more relaxed. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of the time, we are just busy with the actual work of building stuff. The office is where we keep all our files and meet up in the mornings before heading out. Sometimes the tea stall down the road is our unofficial meeting room when the weather is nice. We’ve been part of the colony for a while and people know us as the ones who do the construction work. It isn’t a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We don't use big words to describe our work. We just show up, see what needs to be built, and get to it. Living and working around Khardah keeps us busy enough. We are just regular people doing a job in our corner of the city. We don't need much more than that to keep things moving along every day.
