Sehgal Restrobar Private Limited

We are located in the DLF NT Heights Plaza, specifically in the AA-III section of Newtown. It is a very modern part of the city with all these tall glass buildings, but inside our restrobar, things are a bit more down to earth. Running a place like this is a lot of work that people don't see. We spend hours before opening just cleaning floors and checking the kitchen stock. The restrobar isn't some high-end luxury lounge; it’s just a spot where you can sit down and have a decent meal and a drink. We deal with the usual headaches like a leaky tap in the bar or a stove that won't light in the kitchen. Newtown can feel a bit cold and industrial, so we try to make our space feel a bit more human. The staff here are mostly local guys who just want to do a good job. We don’t have a marketing department writing catchy phrases for us. We just serve the food we know how to cook. Some nights are quiet and we just stand around talking, while other nights are so busy we can barely catch our breath. We’ve had to learn everything as we go. It’s a tough business with small margins, but we enjoy the rhythm of it. We just focus on keeping the drinks cold and the food hot for whoever walks through the door. It is a regular job.
