SAVTECHNO HOTEL AND RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED

We operate Savtechno Hotel and Resorts Private Limited out of Salt Lake in Kolkata. Specifically, we are at AL-259, Sector II, in the care of Sanat Kr Roy. Salt Lake is a planned area, so it’s much quieter and more organized than the rest of the city. We work out of a house that doubles as our office space. It’s a nice environment because there are trees along the streets and not too much honking. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a lot of staff in uniforms. It’s mostly just us sitting around a table getting things done. We manage different hotel and resort properties from here, which means we are constantly on the phone or checking emails. Since we are in Sector II, we are close to a lot of other businesses, but our specific block is pretty residential and calm. We like it that way because it lets us focus on the work. We aren't looking to become some massive corporate entity with offices all over the world. We just want to run our hotels well and make sure the bills are paid. Every day we check in with the different managers at the sites and try to solve any problems that come up. It might be a broken air conditioner or a food supply issue. We just take it one task at a time and keep moving forward until the workday is finally over.
