Santas Fantasea Bistro Club Private Limited

Our place is over in Rajarhat, specifically at A 53 in the Ideal Enclave. This area has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings coming up, but we are tucked away in a spot that feels a bit more settled. Santas Fantasea is a bistro club, but don't let the name make you think it is some high-end, stiff place. It is actually quite casual. We have some tables set up and a kitchen that is almost always busy. You can hear the pans clattering and the chefs talking while they work. We wanted to create a space where people can just come and have a meal without any fuss. The furniture is comfortable but nothing too fancy. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and making sure the floors are decent before the doors open. Sometimes the music is a bit too loud, or the air conditioning takes a minute to cool the room down, but we try our best. It is a small team running the show here. We do everything ourselves, from taking the orders to making sure the trash is taken out at night. Rajarhat is a busy place, and we are just happy to have our little corner in Ideal Enclave where we can serve food and keep the business going. It is a lot of hours, but it feels good when the place is full and everyone is talking.
