Sanjibananda Infracon Private Limited is over on R.N Chatterjee Road, at number 60. It’s in the Garifa area, and if you know the neighborhood, you know it can get pretty crowded during the day. Our office is tucked away there, and it’s where all the actual planning happens. We aren't big on those polished presentations you see on TV. Usually, it's just us sitting around a table with some dusty files and a lot of pens that barely work. The building itself has been around for a while, and it feels like it. We have a lot of people from the local district coming in and out, asking about work or checking on how their projects are going. It’s a lot of talk about bricks, steel, and who is going to show up for the night shift. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit by the window for a bit until it comes back on. It’s just the way things are in this part of town. We don’t try to act like we’re some huge international firm. We’re just a bunch of guys who know how to put things together and deal with the local permits. The desk is always covered in half-empty tea cups and rolls of paper. It might look a bit messy to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is when a client calls.
