You can find us at Sakhi Properties LLP over in Dum Dum Park. Our office is at 200 Bangur Avenue, right on the first floor of Block A. It’s a pretty well-known neighborhood in North 24 Parganas. We like being in this part of town because it has a good community feel to it. It isn't like those cold business districts where nobody knows their neighbor. We know the guy who sells tea on the corner and the people in the next office over. We are just a small team of locals. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we are more important than we are. Our office is simple, with enough room for our files and a few chairs for guests. We spend a lot of time talking to people and trying to keep things organized. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy when we are busy, and the printer usually jams at the worst time, but we get through it. We aren't interested in being the most famous realty company; we just want to do a decent job for the people who come to us. We’ve been in West Bengal all our lives, so we understand how things work here. If you are walking around Bangur Avenue, you might see our sign. It’s nothing fancy, just tells you where we are. We are usually in by nine and stay until the work is finished for the day.
