Sahani Homesphere Construction Llp is based out of 54 B T Road in Titagarh. It’s a very busy area in North 24 Parganas, and our office is right where all the action is. B T Road always has trucks and buses moving, so it’s never really quiet around here. We do construction work, so there is usually some dust on our shoes and blueprints spread across the main table. We aren't the type of people to wear suits and ties every day. Most of us are more comfortable in plain clothes because we might have to head out to a construction site at any minute. The office is a bit small, but we make it work for the team. We have a few computers and a lot of old registers where we track materials and labor costs. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We talk to contractors, check on progress, and try to make sure everything is built the way it was planned. Sometimes we have disagreements about how things are going, but we figure it out eventually. It’s just part of the job. Being in Titagarh, we know the local area and the people pretty well. Neighbors stop by to ask about projects or just to say hello. We don't have a big receptionist area or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will be there to talk. We just keep our heads down and keep building.
