Safecon Builders Private Limited is located over in Bidhan Nagar, specifically at CD-2 in Sector 1. It’s a bit more organized than the older parts of the city, but it still has its own quirks. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle the daily grind of the building business. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big lobby. It’s just where we sit down to figure out quotes and manage our teams. Being in Sector 1 is convenient for us because it’s easy to get to most parts of Kolkata from here. The streets are a bit wider, which helps when we have to move equipment around. We spend a lot of our time on-site, so the office is often empty except for one or two people handling the paperwork. We’ve been around for a while now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Inside, we have some old metal cabinets and a few computers that have seen better days. We don’t care much for how things look as long as we can get our work done. We are just local builders who take our jobs seriously without making a big fuss about it. If you stop by, we might be out at a site, but there’s usually a note on the door. We just keep our heads down and try to finish our projects on time. It's hard work, but we enjoy it.
