RYLAN REALTY LLP

We are Rylan Realty LLP, and our base is over at Sanjeeva Town Duplex in New Town. We are in 18AU, which is a nice enough part of the North 24 Parganas area. New Town feels very different from the older parts of West Bengal, with its wide roads and newer buildings, but we try to keep our way of doing things pretty traditional. We work out of the duplex, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. You won't find any corporate art on the walls here, just our calendars and maybe a few photos of our kids. We decided to set up here because it is growing fast, but we didn't want to lose that personal touch. It’s a bit of a drive from the city center, but the air is a little clearer out this way. We spend our days checking on listings and making sure all the paperwork is in order. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we know how to do. Sometimes the internet is slow, or we have to wait a long time for a delivery, but that’s just how it goes. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just wake up, come to the office, and try to be helpful to whoever calls us. It is a small operation, just a handful of us keeping things running. We like the quiet of the duplex and the way the light hits the floor.
