Roofscape Realty Private Limited

We are over at 264 Private Roaddum Dum, which is where we run Roofscape Realty Private Limited. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main busy parts of the city, but we like it here. My name is one of the folks working here and we spend most of our days just dealing with local property stuff. If you know Dum Dum, you know how the roads can get, so being on a private road helps a bit with the noise. We started this because there’s always something happening with houses and land around here and people needed a place to go to get things sorted out. It’s not a huge office or anything fancy, just some desks and files and a lot of tea most afternoons. We mostly look at how buildings are built and if they’re still in good shape for the owners. Real estate is a lot of paperwork and walking around looking at sites, which is basically what we do from morning until we close up for the day. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk about the neighborhood changes, and other days the phone won't stop ringing about some plot or a roof issue. We’ve been at this for a bit now and we know the streets around here pretty well. It’s just us doing our thing, trying to keep up with all the rules and making sure everything is done right. Nothing too complicated really, just a local business trying to stay busy and helpful.
