It’s more of a practical workspace where we can focus on our inventory and shipping. We have a small team, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s counting stock or writing out labels. We’ve set up our operations here because it’s convenient and it allows us to stay close to where things are happening in the North 24 Parganas. There isn't any marketing team or polished PR here. We just answer the phones, manage the thread shipments, and try to keep our records straight. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time. The atmosphere is pretty casual, and we usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. It’s just how we like to run things around here.
