We are set up on the ground floor of a building on Bipin Ganguly Road. It's right in the Dumdum area, not too far from the local ground. It’s a pretty busy part of town, with lots of people walking by all day long and cars honking. Our office is on the south side of the floor. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it suits us just fine for the work we do. We handle building and development projects, mostly focused on the residential neighborhoods around this part of the city. The street outside can get pretty loud with the traffic and all the small shops nearby. We’ve been at this for some time. Inside the office, it's mostly just piles of architectural drawings and some old furniture that's seen better days. We aren't really into the fancy office decorations or modern designs. We prefer just focusing on getting things done. Usually, you’ll find one of us sitting there with a cup of tea, looking over some site plans or talking to a contractor about a project. Dumdum is a good place to be based because everyone knows everyone else. We get a lot of people just dropping in to say hello or ask a quick question about a plot. It’s a friendly vibe. The floor gets a little cold in the winter months, but we don't mind that much. We just like being part of the local scene.
