Repola Nidhi Limited is situated on N.S. Road. We are inside Ashirbad Bhabwan, which is easy to spot if you are familiar with the street. The place is looked after by Manas Das. Our office inside is just a workspace where we get things done. We don’t have those big glass walls or carpets you see in city offices. It’s just regular floors and plain walls. We like it that way. It feels more real. Manas is usually around, making sure things are running okay. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing things down in our registers. The noise from N.S. Road is always there in the background—the honking, the people talking, the general hum of the town. It keeps us feeling connected to what’s happening outside. Sometimes we take a break and just watch the traffic for a minute. It’s a simple life here. We don’t put on any acts or try to sound more important than we are.
