Rareskies Developer LLP is our name, and we are based out of Kamduni More. If you know Rajarhat at all, you know it is a bit of a maze these days. We sit right in that pocket of North Parganas where everyone seems to be heading. Our office is just a regular spot where we keep our files and meet up in the mornings before heading out. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, or the phone line acts up, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest outfit around. We just like to focus on the bricks and mortar part of things. Most of the time, we’re out on the field anyway, looking at sites or talking to laborers. The address 700135 is where you’ll find us if we aren't stuck in traffic somewhere. Kolkata is a big place, but Rajarhat feels like its own world. We’ve seen the fields turn into blocks of flats over the years. It’s a lot of work, and it’s often dirty and loud. We don’t mind that much because that’s the nature of development. We just keep our heads down and try to finish what we started. If you come by, don’t expect a showroom. It’s a working office with blueprints everywhere and a lot of empty chai cups. That’s just how we operate. We just stay busy and keep moving forward.
