Rajmani Developers Llp is over on New Town Road, right in the Action Area II part of town. We are specifically located in Chakpachuria, which is very close to the TCS Gitanjali Park. If you know that area, you know it’s growing fast with all the new buildings and tech parks popping up everywhere. Our office is right in the thick of that change. It’s a busy place with a lot of dust from all the construction nearby, but that’s just how New Town is these days. Rajmani Developers Llp occupies a space that is functional and straightforward. We don’t have any of those modern art pieces on the walls or anything. It’s just a place to get work done. Being near TCS Gitanjali Park means there are always a lot of people around, especially during lunch hours. We’ve been here long enough to see the neighborhood change from empty plots to what it is now. The office itself is pretty standard. We spend our time on the phone or looking at site plans. It gets a bit loud with the traffic on New Town Road, but we’ve gotten used to it. It’s a good location for us because everything is so accessible. We are just a group of people working hard in a fast-paced part of the city, keeping things moving as best as we can.
